Older PDF order recovery

Older one-off PDF purchases can still be recovered by email or Stripe checkout/session ID. Current member reports are handled in the dashboard.

Use this only for older one-off PDF orders. Current member reports live in the dashboard reports area.

Include the email used at checkout, checkout/session ID if you have it, the page you were on, and the exact issue with the chart, credits, report, voice, or AstraGate.
