Sign in and return to the dashboard. If your chart is missing, the app routes you back to birth profile setup before transit reactivation, AstraGate, reports, or regression can work.

What should I do first after creating an account?
Start in onboarding and save your birth profile. That profile is the source for the natal chart pattern map, transit reactivation checks, clearing matrix, reports, voice readiness, credit wallet state, timelines, and AstraGate context.
What if I do not know my exact birth time?
Choose the unknown-time option during onboarding. The dashboard will still save an untimed profile, but exact houses, angles, and timing-sensitive features stay clearly marked as limited until a birth time is added.
Why are reports, voice, or AstraGate not available yet?
The private dashboard checks your saved profile, credit balance, active report state, and provider configuration before enabling actions. Unavailable states are intentional so the app does not pretend a report, voice regression, AstraGate answer, or checkout is ready when the chart evidence is missing.
What is Past Life Labs actually helping me do?
Past Life Labs helps you stop reliving the same past-life pattern. Your natal chart shows the pattern, current transits show when it is being reactivated, and AstraGate, reports, voice regression, timelines, and progressions help you understand and evolve it.
How do credits work?
Membership opens the core member system. Credits meter deeper usage: premium reports, guided voice regression minutes, focused AstraGate sessions, and generated assets. The wallet shows available and reserved credits before you start.
Where do existing members go?
Use Enter dashboard or sign in directly. If your profile is missing, the app sends you to onboarding. If your profile is active, it opens the dashboard and shows the next best action.
Can I still recover an older PDF order?
Yes. The support page still includes older PDF order recovery for past one-off purchases. Current member reports live inside the dashboard reports and credit wallet area.
